Organization for IT professionals in the State. These professionals
are being selected by HIL and provided to the user organization as per
Job Work Policy of the State Govt.
The manpower is chosen through a very transparent process which involves an Online Computerized Test and Programming Capability Assessment Test. Computer professionals have been placed with various State Government Departments, Boards and Corporations by HIL and are providing IT services in the niche areas like web-enabled applications, software development using Visual Basic, Oracle, SQL Server, Java etc.
