Human
Resource Development occupies highest priority with the State Government.
As such in the IT Policy, special emphasis has been laid for HRD upgradation
with a twin objective of providing necessary man power to the IT sector
for its growth and to improve the employability of the residents in IT
sector.
It is equally important to mention that Transparency in administration
is the watchword of any ideal Govt. Computerization of all the information
regarding latest position of establishment activities and of the staff
will certainly go a long way in fulfilling the ideals of Govt. and thus
bringing all the departments under E-governance for IT driven govt. To
make this possible, it is necessary to instill IT culture in Govt. &
impart skills of various levels to the govt. official’s right from
top to bottom.
